    List of Ingredients




    4 sheets Ready-rolled Puff Pastry
    1 Egg, lighly beaten
    1.5 cups (185g) Grated Tasty Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup (80g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
    3 tsps Paprika

    Recipe



    Cut each sheet of pastry into 2cm wide strips; brush with egg white.
    Twist 2 strips together to form 1 stick, repeat with remaining pastry. Place sticks about 3cm apart on greased oven trays.

    Sprinkle sticks with combined cheeses. Sift paprika over cheese. Bake in hot oven (220c) for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.
