Cheese Filled Shells

List of Ingredients
- 12 oz Jumbo Shells
- 4 cups (2 lbs) Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Cook shells according to package; drain.
- Cool shells in a single layer on wax paper or foil to keep them from sticking together.
- Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt & pepper.
- Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture.
- Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9" baking pan.
- Place shells in the pan, cover with the remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
- Cover pan with foil & bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
