    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz Jumbo Shells
    • 4 cups (2 lbs) Ricotta cheese
    • 2 cups (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese
    • 3 cups spaghetti sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Cook shells according to package; drain.
    2. Cool shells in a single layer on wax paper or foil to keep them from sticking together.
    3. Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt & pepper.
    4. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture.
    5. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9" baking pan.
    6. Place shells in the pan, cover with the remaining sauce.
    7. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
    8. Cover pan with foil & bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
