    HONEY BBQ WINGS

    List of Ingredients




    20 Chicken Wings, Tips Removed
    2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    2 Large Eggs, Mixed With 1-T Water
    1 Bottle "KC MASTERPIECE" Original BBQ SAUCE
    1/4 Cup Honey (Or More As Needed)

    Recipe



    1. Thoroughly mix eggs and water in a bowl.

    2. In another bowl, mix BBQ sauce and honey. Add more honey til taste suits you.

    3. Put flour in a bag and add wings. Shake til coated.

    4. Roll the wings in the egg solution.

    5. Toss wings back into the bag and coat a second time.

    6. Fry wings til golden brown in either a large non stick skillet coated with PAM or a light coating of oil. They don't have to be "totally" done. Just browned. Don't crowd the skillet. Do in batches.

    7. Drain on paper towels.

    8. Preheat oven to 325 Degrees.

    9. Dip fried chicken into the BBQ sauce/honey mixture and place on cookie sheets.

    10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or til chicken tests done.
