    My niece Lori gave me this recipe, she said it was very good. I put this in my other niece Brandy's family cookbook.




    List of Ingredients




    16 Chicken wings (about 3 lbs)

    Sauce:
    ¼ cup ketchup
    2 tbls hot-pepper sauce
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp vegetable oil, (canola)
    2 tsp garlic salt

    Recipe



    Heat broiler, spray pan with Pam . Cut wings apart at joints. In large bowl mix sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat well. Arrange on broiler pan rack. Reserve remaining sauce. Broil 3-4 in from heat source for 12 minutes. Turn pieces over, brush with reserved sauce and broil 8-10 minutes more until browned and cooked though. Arrange on platter with accompaniments.
