Recipe Introduction
Start early this is not a quick recipe.
List of Ingredients
- 1 liter of 90 proof alcohol
- 800 grams of sugar
- cinnamon
- 15-20 chrushed hazelnuts
- 2 cloves
Instructions
- Add crushed hazelnuts to alcohol and let sit at room temperature for 2 months, shaking every week.
- Filter ingredients after the 2 months.
- Melt sugar with half cup of water.
- Mix together filtered mixture,sugar and water, 2 cloves and a small 1/2 inch piece of cinnamon.
- Mix well and let stand near a window where the sun can shine on it for 15 days.
- Filter ingredients once more and let stand for 3 months prior to drinking.
