    This is similar to the "World Famous Vi Hocky Pucks"

    List of Ingredients




    1 - 7oz. jar marshmallow creme
    1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 - 12oz. package Ritz Crackers
    16 oz. chocolate candy coating
    1 - 6oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, beat marshmallow creme and peanut butter until well blended.

    Spoon about a teaspoon filling onto half of crackers. Place remaining crackers on top of filling, lightly pressing together.

    In a heavy medium saucepan, melt chocolate candy coating and chocolate chips over low heat. Remove from heat.

    Place each cracker sandwich on a fork and dip into chocolate, covering completely.

    Place on waxed paper and allow coating to harden.

    Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
    Yields about 4 dozen cookies.
