Aunt Linda's Chinese Chicken Salad

Took the best from my friends recipes and made it my own.
List of Ingredients
- 1-2 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
- 1/2 Bag of favorite salad greens
- 1 Bunch of green onions
- 1/4 cup Toasted Sesame seeds
- 1/4 Cup Toasted Almonds slivered

- Dressing for Salad
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Cup Salad Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces, season to taste, saute in oil or butter for 10 -15 minutes. Cool. or
- BBQ chicken until just done, it will continue to cook as it cools.
- Bake Almonds and Sesame Seeds in 350 degree oven ( toaster oven works) until light brown. Set aside.
- Rinse salad greens and spin dry. Assemble salad and dress with Sweet and Sour Dressing.
Final Comments
I sometimes toast Coconut and put into this salad.
