Wild Rice Chicken Salad

Recipe Introduction
My nephew Gary makes a mean Chicken-Wild Rice Salad but so far this is as close as I could get to tasting like his, so far he hasn't given it out. It's his holiday dish.
List of Ingredients
4 cups (24 oz) diced chicken breast meat
1 package Uncle Ben's wild rice mix, prepared according to package
1 cup chopped unpeeled apple
1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup slivered almonds, divided
1 small can (8 oz) chopped water chestnuts
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Toss together chicken, cooked wild rice mix, apple, celery, grapes, water chestnuts and 1/2 cup of the slivered almonds.
Add dressing and toss lightly. Cover and chill about 30 minutes to blend flavor. To serve, line a glass bowl with leaf lettuce or spinach leaves. Spoon chicken mixture into bowl and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of slivered almonds. Serves 6 - 8

Mix together.
