    These yummy and quick hamburger based meat balls go great with a pasta side dish and broccoli for a vegatable. We always serve them with sour cream or ketchup on top.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound lean hamburger
    1 box Beef flavored rice a roni
    1 large egg
    1 cup water

    Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to flavor.

    Recipe



    Mix egg, rice a roni, and hamburger in large bowl. Smash together with hands until well mixed. Form balls about the size of golf balls. Saute in large skillet until well browned on all sides season meat while cooking. Mix together 1 cup water and seasoning packet from rice a roni together and pour over fully cooked meat balls. Turn down heat to medium low cover, and simmer until almost all moisture is gone.

    Serve hot with Sour cream, or ketchup.
