Recipe Introduction
Must have new baking soda.
A candy thermometer is a MUST have.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- CANDY THERMOMETER
Instructions
- Put corn syrup, sugar and vinegar into sauce pan.
- Heat on medium heat until thermometer reaches 300 degrees.
- Take off heat and stir in baking soda. (Will double in size)
- Pour into well greased pan lined with foil.
- When cooled it will crack with a knife.
- Dip into melted chocolate.
Final Comments
It melts in your mouth.
