    Must have new baking soda.
    A candy thermometer is a MUST have.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup dark corn syrup
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon baking soda
    • CANDY THERMOMETER


    Instructions


    1. Put corn syrup, sugar and vinegar into sauce pan.
    2. Heat on medium heat until thermometer reaches 300 degrees.
    3. Take off heat and stir in baking soda. (Will double in size)
    4. Pour into well greased pan lined with foil.
    5. When cooled it will crack with a knife.
    6. Dip into melted chocolate.


    Final Comments


    It melts in your mouth.
