List of Ingredients
- 2 pkgs pistachio instant pudding mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 container cool whip
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup walnut bits
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- CRUST: mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup nuts and put in a 9x13 pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- FILLING: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup cool whip and spread on cooled crust.
- TOPPING: Mix pudding and milk. Add rest of cool whip to pudding OR spread pudding on top of cheese layer and then top with the rest of cool whip.
- Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Final Comments
Whether you mix the pudding and cool whip together OR spread it in layers it's good BOTH ways!!
