    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pkgs pistachio instant pudding mix
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 pkg cream cheese
    • 1 container cool whip
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 cup walnut bits
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 cup powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. CRUST: mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup nuts and put in a 9x13 pan.
    2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
    3. FILLING: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup cool whip and spread on cooled crust.
    4. TOPPING: Mix pudding and milk. Add rest of cool whip to pudding OR spread pudding on top of cheese layer and then top with the rest of cool whip.
    5. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.


    Final Comments


    Whether you mix the pudding and cool whip together OR spread it in layers it's good BOTH ways!!
