List of Ingredients
- 9x13 pan
- 1 lb sausage (Bob Evans Sausage)
- 4 cups of fresh bread cubes
- Bread on bottom cover with 2 cups grated cheese
- Sausage over that
- 10 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- Half tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper taste
Instructions
- Stir together and pour over your pan
Cover (tin foil) and let set over night.
- Bake for 1 hour on 350 F
- Add bacon for additional flavoring (cook bacon crisp first and spread on top).
