    List of Ingredients


    • 2 or more packages of turkey dogs
    • 6-8 or more good size potatoes
    • Onion and other seasonings to taste
    • a little green pepper as well for flavor


    Instructions


    1. peel, clean and cut up potatoes put in casserole dish that is sprayed or lined with foil,
    2. then cut up turkey dogs in bite size pieces although you will put these aside until the last 10 minutes of cooking of the potatos.
    3. chop onions and other seasonings that you like and put these into the potatoes and bake until fork tender stirring occasionally throughout time of cooking so they do not stick to pan or foil.
    4. Once potatoes are fork tender add turkey dog pieces and cover and cook 10 minutes.


    Final Comments
