    • 2 bags of Oreo cookies
    • 8oz soft cream cheese (whipped makes it easier)
    • 8oz cool whip
    • 1 cup confectioners sugar (I hardly ever add this, it just makes it sweeter)
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 tspn pure vanilla extract
    • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding


    Instructions


    1. In one bowl mix well the cream cheese, cool whip and confect sugar. In a separate bowl mix well the milk, vanilla and pudding. Combine the 2 mixtures together. (Honestly, I don't always mix them in separate bowls and it comes out the same.)
    2. Crush 1 1/2 bags of the oreos. You can crush them in a food processor, blender, by hand or put them into a ziploc and smash them with a pan.

    3. On the bottom of a 9x13 pan or your favorite dessert bowl put a layer of the crushed oreos. Pour the mixture on top of this layer. Then put the remaining crushed oreos over the mixture. I like to put some whole oreos on top just for decoration. Refrigerate for an hour or so.



    Final Comments


    This recipe can be altered somewhat to your liking, you can use more or less of the oreos and you can also leave out the confect sugar like I do. Enjoy...it is quite yummy!!!
