Mexican Lasangna

List of Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground beef, browned
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 cup of your favorite salsa
- 1 tbs. chili powder
- 1.5 tsp. cumin
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 16 oz. cottage cheese small curd
- 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1 tsp. oregeno
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the first 6 ingredients, in the skillet you browned the meat in.
- Combine cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 pan, arrange 6 tortillas on the bottom of pan.
- Top with half of the meat mixture, spoon all the cheese and egg mixture on top of that.
- Arrange the rest of the tortillas, and top with the remaining meat mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes covered
- Remove cover and top with shredded cheese.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
