List of Ingredients
2 pounds Round Steak
1 large onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg mushrooms (or bulk about 6-8 depending on size)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese cubed
1 container (8 oz) Sour cream
6 cups hot cooked noodle Recipe
Mix beef, onion, soups mushrooms & pepper in pan Cook on med heat for about 45-60 min, or until meat is tender, About 20 min, before serving stir in cream cheese til melted and add the sour cream, stir until smooth.
Serve over noodles( I use flat)
