- 1/2 GREEN PEPPER-DICED
- 2C. HAM-CUBED
- 6 EGGS(COOKED ANY WAY)
Instructions
- SAUTE HAM,ONION & PEPPER IN 2T. OIL,SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.REMOVE & SET ASIDE.ADD POTATOES & A LITTLE OIL,IF NEEDED.SEASON & COOK UNTIL GOLDEN.READD HAM MIXTURE AND COOK UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.TOP WITH EGGS.
Final Comments
CHEESE COULD ALSO BE ADDED.
