Instructions
- MELT BUTTER IN SKILLET.SCRAMBLE EGGS & SEASON.ADD MILK,POUR INTO HOT PAN-*DON'T STIR EGGS*AS EGGS BEGIN TO SET UP ADD HAM AND 1/2 THE CHEESE-TO ONE SIDE.FOLD THE OTHER SIDE OVER.TURN OMELET OVER & COOK 2 MINUTES MORE.TURN HEAT OFF.ADD REMAINING CHEESE TO TOP OF OMELET.COVER PAN & ALLOW CHEESE TO MELT.
