- 1/4C. PARSLEY
- 3 GREEN ONIONS-THINLY SLICED
- 4 CLOVES GARLIC-CRUSHED
- 11/2TSP. LEMON JUICE
- SALT & PEPPER- TO TASTE
- OLD BAY SEASONING- TO TASTE
Instructions
- PEEL SHRIMP DEVEIN & BUTTERFLY.SET SHRIMP ASIDE.COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS,ADD SHRIMP AND TOSS TO COAT.COVER AND MARINATE ATLEAST 1 HOUR IN THE REFRIGERATOR.(STIRRING OCCASIONALLY)BROIL 4 INCHES FROM HEAT FOR 3-4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL DONE.RESEASON & SERVE WITH PAN DRIPPINGS.ALSO SEVE WITH RICE OR NOODLES.
