    • 2 LB. LARGE SHRIMP-UNPEELED
    • 1/2C. BUTTER
    • 1/2C. OIL
    • 1/4C. PARSLEY
    • 3 GREEN ONIONS-THINLY SLICED
    • 4 CLOVES GARLIC-CRUSHED
    • 11/2TSP. LEMON JUICE
    • SALT & PEPPER- TO TASTE
    • OLD BAY SEASONING- TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. PEEL SHRIMP DEVEIN & BUTTERFLY.SET SHRIMP ASIDE.COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS,ADD SHRIMP AND TOSS TO COAT.COVER AND MARINATE ATLEAST 1 HOUR IN THE REFRIGERATOR.(STIRRING OCCASIONALLY)BROIL 4 INCHES FROM HEAT FOR 3-4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL DONE.RESEASON & SERVE WITH PAN DRIPPINGS.ALSO SEVE WITH RICE OR NOODLES.
