- MELT BUTTER IN NON-STICK PAN.ADD GARLIC,SIMMER 2 MINUTES.ADD IN HEAVY CREAM,SALT & PEPPER.SAUTE SCALLOPS QUICKLY OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT.REMOVE AND DRAIN.COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS IN BOILING SALTED WATER.DRAIN.PLACE NOODLES AND SCALLOPS ON PLATE.TOP WITH SAUCE & CHEESE.NOW SEASON WITH OLD BAY.
