- COOK NOODLES UNTIL JUST TENDER IN BOILING SALTED WATER,ABOUT 6 MINUTES.SAUTE MUSHROOMS & SHALLOT IN BUTTER OVER MODERATE HEAT UNTIL MUSHROOMS ARE TENDER 3-4 MINUTES,DRAIN NOODLES & TOSS WITH MUSHROOMS.ADD PARSLEY AND SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.
