    • Ground Beef (1-2lbs) (lean)
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/3 c brown sugar
    • 1 c raisins
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2 c flour
    • 3 c HOT water


    Instructions


    1. beat well in blender till creamy
    2. fry on high in sticky pan
