Fruitcake with Black Berry Wine On Top
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mixed candied fruit
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs -- to 4
1/2 cup milkRecipe
Cream butter and sugar till light. Add eggs one at a time
beating well after each. add milk and cream together, then
add fruit and flour mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45
minutes to 1 hour. Test for being done. After cake cools,
pour blackberry wine over cake. Makes 1 loaf.
