1 12 lb Turkey completely thawed
3 gal Peanut oil for frying
1 16oz Wishbone Italian dressing (strained)
1 tbl spoon garlic powder
3 oz Tony’seasoning or any Cajun seasoning.
3 oz Cajun Chef hot sauce
You will need a turkey fryer

Instructions:
Place last four ingredients in a blender and blend. Add enough water to make a quart of liquid. Inject into turkey and let it stand in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat peanut oil to 320 to 325 degrees and cook for 3 1/2 minutes per pound. Be sure that you strain the wishbone, as it will plug the injector needle.
