    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 1/2 cups self-rising flour

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Mix in vanilla. Add flour mixing well.
    Roll dough out on floured surface to desired thickness.
    Cut with small cookie cutter.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
