List of Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
2/3 cup seedless raisins
8 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 qt. hot milk� (6 cups)
1 T. vanilla
Few drops yellow food coloring
Nutmeg to tasteRecipe
Place rice and raisins in 9 x 12 x 2 inch oblong pan. Combine beaten eggs,
milk, sugar, vanilla and coloring. Pour egg mixture in pan. Sprinkle with
nutmeg.� Bake in a pan of water at 325 degrees 1 hour.
