    Eleanor's Meatball Stroganoff

    List of Ingredients




    1-lb. ground beef
    1/2 C. finely chopped onions
    1 egg
    1/2 C. bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 C. water
    1/2 C. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper

    Recipe



    Mix first 4 ingredients together well.  Form into meatballs, and brown them in skillet over medium-high heat.
    When browned, place in greased baking dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and pour over meatballs.

    Bake at 350*for 1 hour

    Serve over cooked noodles.
