Chicken Alfredo Pizza

List of Ingredients
Crust:
use a dry mix
Sauce:
1 T. butter
2 T. chopped garlic
16 ounces of heavy cream
1 C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt and white pepper to taste
Topping:
Grilled chicken, fully cooked and cut into strips
Broccoli, blanched, cut to bite-size pieces
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Red onion, chopped
2 pounds shredded mozzarella cheese
Basil, optional
Oregano, optionalRecipe
Preheat oven to 375*
In a saucepot, melt butter.
Add garlic and cook at medium heat about 2 minutes, stirring ocassionally.
Add heavy cream and bring to a boil, being careful not to boil over.
Simmer and reduce to one-third.
Add Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper.
Take off heat and cool.
Roll out pizza dough.
Spred alfredo sauce on dough.
Place chicken and veggies on top with cheese.
Add some basil and oregano is optional.
Place in oven and bake 16 to 18 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
