1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp shredded Romano cheese
1 Tbsp grated Romano cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
Recipe
1. Combine milk and lemon juice in a small bowl or measuring cup.
Let sit for about 5 minutes (this will curdle the milk, making buttermilk!)
2. In larger bowl, combine mayonnaise, olive oil, cider vinegar,
Romano cheese, garlic, and sugar.
3. When milk has set for 5 minutes, pour into other ingredients.
Blend in blender or with an immersion blender to fully combine and
make creamy.
