5 lg potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/8 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp margarine
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 tsp saltRecipe
In greased dish/pan place potatoes and onions. Melt margarine and stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth, mayo, salt, and pepper. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly. Pour over potatoes. Bake 325 for 2 hours.
