Still as good as ever. List of Ingredients 1 cup sifted flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup hot milk 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla FOR TOPPING: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup cream 5 tablespoons melted butter 1 cup coconut and/or 1 cup pecans or walnuts Instructions Sift together, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add butter to milk and keep hot. Beat eggs until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly 4 or 5 minutes. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Bake in a greased 9x9 baking pan about 25 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix topping ingredients and spread on cake. Brown under broiler until golden.
