SOCK-IT-TO-ME CAKE
List of Ingredients
1 box butter recipe cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Filling:
1 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
Icing:
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. Milk
Recipe
Beat together. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour about 2/3 batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle batter with filling.
Pour remaining batter on top of filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Let cool 15 minutes in pan, then turn out on a plate and top with icing.
