Cool Whip Delight
List of Ingredients
Crust:
1 cube margarine
1 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Filling:
3 c. milk
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 or 3 pkg. instant lemon pudding
Recipe
Crust:
Melt margarine, add flour and walnuts. Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 mintues.
Filling:
Blend together cool whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust. Mix milk with pudding and spread over cream cheese. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Topping:
Spread with 1 cup of cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
Cut into serving size and serve
