1 cup left over chicken or turkey
1/2 - 2 cups milk
2-3 tablespoons flour
2-3 tablespoons margarine

Melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour until 'paste' forms. Add milk. Stir until thickens. Add meat. Cook till warmed through.
Again, add whatever you have left over in the refrigerator (peas, carrots, cheese, diced cooked potatoes). You can serve this over rice, pasta, biscuits or bread.
