    Honey Hot Wings

    List of Ingredients

    12 chicken wings
    1/4 c. oil
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. hot sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. honey
    1 egg, well beaten

    Recipe

Cut each chicken wing in half.
Place the chicken wings in a large saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover and let simmer 15 minutes.
Drain the chicken and set aside.
While chicken is cooking, whisk together the honey and the hot sauce to make a dipping sauce. Adjust the sauce to taste by adding more honey or hot sauce. Set aside.
Mix flour and garlic salt in a plastic bag.
Dip the chicken into the beaten egg and then shake them, a few at a time in the bag to coat.
Heat the oil in a large skillet.
    Brown the coated chicken wings.
    Serve warm with dipping sauce.
