Savory Turkey Casserole

List of Ingredients

1 package (5.5-ounce) package Scalloped Potatoes
1/8 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 3/4 cups Boiling Water
1 can (10 3/4-ounce) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Cooked Turkey or Chicken, cubed
1 cup Carrots, shredded
1/2 cup Celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped




Recipe

In a large bowl, blend contents of sauce mix from packaged scalloped potatoes and poultry seasoning. Stir in boiling water.

Using a wire whisk, stir in soup. Add potato slices, turkey or chicken, carrots, celery, and onion; mix well.

Spoon mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
