Never Fail Double Pie Crust

List of Ingredients
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg yolk
1 tbs. vinegar
Cold water
Recipe
Cut butter and shortening into flour: add salt. Combine egg yolk and vinegar and add water to make 1/2 cup of liquid. Add to flour mixture: mix just until blended.
Roll into a ball and refrigerate until ready to use.Roll out to fit pie plate.
Makes a double crust for a 9-inch or 10- inch pie.
