8 med Potatoes boiled and peeled
1 ea Onion
1/4 lb Bacon diced
3 tbl. Vinegar
Pepper
Salt
Recipe
Slice potatoes and put in large bowl. Fry bacon,not too crisp. Dice onion and cook in bacon drippings.Pour all over potatoes,drippings still hot. Add vinegar,salt and pepper and mix. Let sit several hours.
