Purple Lady Salad
2 (3 oz. each) packages blueberry jello
Make & cool till it starts to set.
Then add:
1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple
1 can blueberry pie filling
Nuts (optional)
Refrigerate till set.
It may be topped with Cool Whip,
or make a topping of:
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. pineapple juice
2 T. flour
1 slightly beaten egg
Cook, stirring constantly. remove from stove, add 2 T. butter & cool, then add 1 carton of cool whip. Put on top of set salad.
