2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
2 pkgs. dry taco seasoning
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
Cajun seasoning to taste
Recipe
Cook ground beef and drain well. Stir taco seasoning and just enough water to thouroughly mix into meat. Add cajun seasoning to taste. In a 13 x 9 casserole dish. place 1 can of the crescent roll dough on bottom of pan. Pat down to cover pan. Place meat mixture on top of dough. Top with cheese. Cover with 2nd can of crescents. It may not completely cover top, but this is not important. Bake at 375 degrees until dough is golden brown and heated through.
