Tater Tot Casserole

Recipe Introduction
This is a very versatile casserole.
List of Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag tater tots
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb hamburger or ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
Paprika Recipe
Brown meat and onion. Drain well. In same pan, add soup and simmer on low for 15 mins. Pour hamburger mixture in small casserole dish. Lay tots neatly on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and tots are brown. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on tots and place back in oven to melt. If using a 9 x 13 casserole dish, double meat to 2lbs. and use 2 cans cream of mushroom soup.
Variations:
Instead of cream of mushroom, use cream of mushroom and chicken soup.
Our personal favorite is fiesta nacho cheese soup. If you can't find it, use cheddar cheese soup and rotel tomatoes.
Some people have even told me that they use manwich sauce.
