Crock Pot Beef Stew

3 large potatoes
4 carrots
2 lbs stew meat
1/3 c soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 c flour
1 large onion
1 can beef broth
2 Tbsp oil
Black pepper to taste
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Recipe
Place stew meat in gallon zipper bag. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in bag. Shake until well coated. Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown meat, turning frequently. Chop veggies into bite-sized pieces. Pour broth, tomato sauce, and soy sauce into crock pot. Add stew meat and veggies. Cook on low heat for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
