    Linda's Crab Rangoon

    List of Ingredients

    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 can crab meat, drained and crumbled
    2 green onion, diced finely
    1 clove garlic, minced finely
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 pkg. Won Ton skins


    Recipe

    In a med. bowl, combine all ingredients except won ton skins and spray coating. Mix until well blended.

    Place 1 tsp. filling in center of each won ton skin.

    Moisten edges of won ton with water. Fold in half to form triangle, pressing edges to seal. Pull bottom corners down, and overlap slightly. Moisten one corner and press to seal.

    Deep-fry 2-3 crab rangoons at a time, in fryer at 350, until browned.

    Serve warm with sweet and sour duck sauce.

    Tip:
    To prevent won ton skins from drying out, prepare 1-2 rangoons at a time.
