Linda's Taco Beef Dip In A Bread Bowl

This is great to bring to a family get together, party, or pot luck!
List of Ingredients
1 1 lb. loaf round, unsliced loaf of bread - white, sourdough or pumpernickel
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. light sour cream
1 8 oz. pkg. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. ground beef, finely broken up, and sauteed, until no longer pink in the middle
1 c. chunky salsa
3/4 c. sliced green onions, including tops
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
Slice top off bread (about 1" thick) with serrated knife.
Remove center of bread, and cut into cubes for dipping, leaving a shell. (Cut around edge leaving 1/2" shell. Cut center section in 1" squares, and remove with a fork.)
Combine remaining ingredients, and mix well. Pour into bread shell.
Place top section on loaf, and wrap securely in foil.
Place wrapped bowl in 350 oven, and bake for 1 hr., or until center
is warm.
To serve, remove bread top, and place on platter.
Serve with bread cubes, additional toasted bagette slices, crackers and/or vegetable dippers.
