Shirley's Cream Cheese Bread Rollups

These are YUMMY, and everyone loves them!
Take some slices of bread, and cut off the crust.
In a microwave safe bowl, put 2 8 oz. pkgs. of cream cheese in the microwave, on high, for 45 seconds. This will make the cream cheese soft. Add about 2 T. milk, and mix well until smooth.
To the cream cheese, you can add finely chopped olive, or finely chopped walnuts. Mix well, and spread on each slice of bread.
Roll up the bread slices, and wrap in saran wrap, and put in the fridge.
Let chill at least 1 hr.
When ready to serve cut rolls into 1/2" rounds, and serve on a platter.
