    Jackie's Baked Boneless Ribs

    Try these...They are REALLY GOOD!!!

    List of Ingredients

    As many boneless ribs as you like
    seasoned meat tenderizer, to taste
    onion powder, to taste
    cayenne pepper, to taste
    flour, enough to dredge meat
    onion, as much as you want
    bouillion cubes, half chicken and half beef cubes

    Recipe

    Season ribs with meat tenderizer, and shake on onion powder.

    Add cayenne pepper to flour, and mix well. Dredge meat in flour and put in baking pan. Put as much onion as you like on top of meat.

    Put bouillion cubes in pan around ribs. Use 2 cubes for every cup of water you add (This is for how much gravy you want).

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1-1 1/4 hrs.

    When done, if gravy is too thin, add cornstarch and cold water mixed together well, to thicken gravy.

    If you want gravy darker, use Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet.
