Jackie's Glazed Pork Chops

4 lean pork chops about 1" thick
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. honey
Recipe
Trim all fat off chops.
Heat a skillet up, and coat it with a non-stick spray.
Brown the chops for 2 mins. on each side.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir the lemon juice and the honey in a measuring cup, and pour over chops.
Continue cooking until the meat is still juicy and tender, and the sauce has been reduced to a glaze, about 6 mins.
