    Uncle Arthur's Chantilly Fudge

    This fudge is fabulous, and easy to prepare...Try it, and I assure you, it will become a favorite of yours as well!

    List of Ingredients

    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1 c. milk
    2 T. light karo corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts

    Recipe

    In a heavy sauce pan combine first 5 ingredients, and mix together.

    Cook on med. heat to 238 degrees, using a candy thermometer. Take off stove and add vanilla.

    Beat with wooden spoon until creamy and shiny. Add nuts and stir in.

    Put in buttered 11x7" pan. Cut into squares.

    Store in cookie tin or tupperware, and refrigerate if you want to.
