Linda's BBQ'd Chicken Breast

List of Ingredients
Marinade
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
6-8 med. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Chicken Glaze
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Recipe
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients, and mix well.
In a glass dish, toss the chicken breasts with the marinade, and coat completely.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it 3-4 hrs.
Combine all the ingredients for the glaze. Cover, and set aside.
Cook the chicken over hot coals for about 6 mins. on each side. Avoid overcooking, or your chicken will be dry.
Remove the chicken from the grill, wrap in a single layer of aluminum foil, and grill it for 5 mins. more.
Remove the foil pkt. from the heat, brush each piece on both sides with glaze, and return the pieces to the grill for 2 more mins. without turning.
Serve immediately.
