Sue's Rosemary Scented Chicken

We have made this about a thousand times.
It's absolutely without a doubt our very favorite chicken.
Only fresh rosemary will do. Dried simply isn't right for this dish.
List of Ingredients
1/4 c. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 lg. cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, about 5 oz. each
2 T. very good quality balsamic vinegar
Recipe
Heat grill to high, and brush with oil.
Mash rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper in a mortar and pestle, then
stir in the oil. (Or finely chop the garlic, rosemary and salt with a
large knife. Put into a small bowl. Stir in pepper and oil.)
Spread evenly over both sides of chicken.
Grill 3-5 mins. per side, or until just cooked through.
Transfer to a serving platter, and drizzle evenly with balsamic
vinegar.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
